Projects aims to improve perfomance of HPC over Cloud. Project mainly focuses on the improving the network elements that's where the bottleneck lies.
It's an online lab designed for students and researchers who wants to learn and emulate their SDN configurations before its actual implementation.
Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is an emerging architecture that is dynamic, manageable, cost-effective, and adaptable, making it ideal for the high-bandwidth, dynamic nature of today’s applications. This architecture decouples the network control and forwarding functions enabling the network control to become directly programmable and the underlying infrastructure to be abstracted for applications and network services. The OpenFlow® protocol is a foundational element for building SDN solutions. The project will be in 'Work in progress' state to continuously add new features as soon as possible. Our aim is to provide the complete hands-on experience to the up-coming generation over the SDN concepts.
I have contributed to this project as a Systems-Architect while doing my internship at CDAC, Pune as my B.Tech final year project.
HPC cluster we have designed is based on MS HPC Pack. It aims to find factors of large numbers (Crypt Analysis)
The project combines two load balancing concepts i.e., DNS and HTTP load balancing. We have used Azure TM and designed a custom web app to achive our goals.
Setting up 5 node (4C/16G) Private cloud with capabiliy of creating linux VMs.
Beta testing over 1 node (32C/128G) to test the PAAS features of Public Azure Cloud in On-Premise H/W.
Dynamic scaling of a sample voting web application based on amount of workload and measuring stress on Baremetal.
At Enphase Energy, I have been working on developing and optimizing software solutions for energy management systems, contributing to the advancement of renewable energy technologies.
I was responsible for the back-end infrastructure for the SDN Online Lab as mentioned above.
